Introduction

Over the past months, the world has faced a series of events that generated many challenges and opportunities for UN leadership. Executive leaders - who during the crisis have experienced increased pressure to be responsive and adaptive, while setting priorities and giving direction to their teams and organizations - are now called upon to take their leadership efforts a step further.

The Leading in a Digital World programme is part of the Executive Leadership Digital Learning Series. The programme aims to support your leadership readiness by providing a safe space to be inspired by established experts and leaders, exchange with your peers, and refine/apply your identified strategies, with the support of personalized executive coaching.
