Silvia Di Pilla
Silvia Di Pilla is a budget specialist at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) responsible for implementing results-based budgeting and supporting corporate strategic thinking while enhancing performance, impact and value for money.
With extensive experience in budget management, strategic planning, capacity building activities, public procurement and administrative services, prior to joining IFAD, Silvia has also served at World Food Programme (WFP) in various roles, including budget and financial management. She strongly believes in innovation as a new tool in the UN system for improving organizational operations, embrace changes and thinking “outside the box”.
Silvia holds an advanced university degree in International and Diplomatic Sciences from the University of Turin, complemented by certifications in international protection of human rights, diplomacy, project management and public procurement.
