Eddie Yee Woo Guo

<p>Eddie Yee Woo Guo is the Director of the Inspection and Evaluation Division (IED) of the United Nations Office of Internal Oversight Services (OIOS)</p> <p>Mr. Guo has been an evaluator in the United Nations Secretariat for 20 years, and before that was involved in programme management, planning and implementation as Assistant Resident Representative for UNDP in Bangladesh from 1994-1999. Mr. Guo began his work as a United Nations Evaluator with the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF), evaluating local development and micro-finance programmes, before joining OIOS to provide evaluation oversight of over 30 United Nations Secretariat and non-Secretariat entities, covering peace and security, humanitarian, human rights, and development programmes, as well as management and support services of the Organization.</p> <p>Mr. Guo holds a Master in Public Affairs degree, with specialization in urban regional planning and development studies, from the Woodrow Wilson School of Government at Princeton University.</p>
