Dr. Lammert Vrieling

Dr. Lammert Vrieling worked the last 20+ years in both profit and not-for-profit organizations as professor, consultant, trainer/coach and as executive. He has a Master of Management Science and a cum laude PhD in business administration with a specialisation in strategy from the University of Groningen (the Netherlands) and was a visiting fellow at Warwick Business School (UK).

With experience ranging from metal foundries through media to strategy consulting and executive leadership in organisations, Lammert also ran his own technology start-up and teaches as a university professor in Geneva (CH) and Lisbon (PT).

His expertise is in strategy, leadership and optimising team and process performance. An engaging and dynamic speaker at both large conferences and intimate workshops, Lammert is a challenger of the status quo and functions well as a vision caster, strategiser and encourager.
