Dr. François Fortier

<p>Over the past 25 years, Dr. François Fortier has worked with the UN, other development organizations and universities in areas of sustainability, climate change, energy transition, as well as knowledge management and information technologies for development. He has supported governments in the planning and implementation of sustainability strategies, particularly with the systemic articulation between its three dimensions - economic, social and environmental - and between the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda. Dr Fortier has a PhD in Political Science from York University in Toronto, and is the author of several scientific articles and books on the above topics.</p>
