Dr. Connson Chou Locke
Dr. Connson Chou Locke joined the LSE Department of Management in 2008 as Lecturer in Management. She teaches courses in organisational behaviour, leadership, and negotiation and decision making. In 2013, she received the Department of Management Outstanding Teaching Contribution Award.
Dr. Locke holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Organisational Behaviour from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.A. in Sociology from Harvard University where she graduated with honours. Before entering academia, she worked for 16 years as an educator, manager, and consultant in the United States and Asia Pacific. Most recently, she was Regional Training and Development Manager for the Boston Consulting Group where she oversaw the learning and development of consulting staff in 10 offices across Asia Pacific.
Dr. Locke has extensive experience designing and teaching leadership development programmes and providing executive coaching. She has worked in nearly 20 countries across Europe and the Asia Pacific as well as in the United States and Australia.
