Daiga Barone
<p>Daiga is an experienced HR professional with more than 10 years of experience working in a diverse range of organisations. Her expertise: creating and developing teams, leading and implementing organizational change, delivering results with the aim to add value to the organisation and its employees. Her mission is to help people improve their work and life conditions through learning and development opportunities. Daiga joined the International Criminal Court as a Leadership Development Project Lead. Her present role is to bring leadership development strategy as well as ICC Leadership Framework and competencies to life. In the last two years her main focus has been on implementing the core elements of leadership strategy: provide court-wide leadership development opportunities for staff members within the ICC and outside, foster leaders self-awareness by implementing the 360 feedback tool, organize HR management conference "Walk the Talk" for executives and senior leaders, align existent HR process with the new leadership approach.</p>
