Bridget Harbaugh
<p>Bridget Harbaugh is a US born and educated learning and development (L&D) specialist, whose areas of expertise include leadership, talent management, adult learning, and personal development. She is a trained psychologist with over 25 years of experience specializing in impactful learning management, design, preparation, and delivery/facilitation as well as leading projects and teams.</p>
<p>Before taking up her post in February 2019 as Learning Portfolio Manager with the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC) in Turin, Bridget was based in Washington, DC working with the Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization (PAHO/WHO), leading and managing learning and development since 2010. Prior to this, Bridget was based in The Hague working as an expert, trainer, and consultant for individual and organizational clients around the globe. Her career started in the 90s, having worked in the airline industry in training and customer service/safety, followed by eight years with the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Austria in both technical and training capacities.</p>
<p>Bridget was raised in Puerto Rico and New York, and has spent over 30 years living and/or working in multi-cultural environments. She is a native English speaker, fluent in Spanish, and has advanced Italian and intermediate knowledge of French. With a Master’s degree in Sports Psychology, Bridget is passionate about sports, mental strength and neuroscience, loves travelling, and is a married, proud mother of three children.</p>
